2024.07.11-15 OHIO Trip for Shelby & Alec's Reception & Dayton History

July 11th we took off for Columbus, OH - spent the first night in Danville, Illinois on the boarder of Indiana - time zone change from Central to Eastern.  Made it to Rick's niece Shelby and husband Alec's wedding reception at the Gallery at the Champions Golf Club. Had a good time dancing. All of her family was there to help celebrate.  We stayed with Tom, Dana and Dean, and took Dean to the Marysville Cemetery Section F to pay respects.

Left on Sunday and stopped in Dayton at the historic sites of  writer Paul Lawrence Dunbar's home and then to the Wright Brothers Bicycle Shop and Heritage Museum.
